Dropping off donations to the ReStore can be done during business hours (Wednesday-Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm)
Ring the buzzer next to the blue door if you need assistance or a donation receipt.
Bins will be placed outside the back of the store for donors to place their items so we can quarantine them for no less than 72 hours before volunteers and staff clean, price, and shelve them.
Drop-off donations will not be accepted during inclement weather because the items will be damaged if left outside in our sorting bins.
Pleas DO NOT drop off donations outside of business hours.
We are closed when Amherst Exempted Village Schools are closed due to inclement weather conditions.
Schedule a Pickup
All profits generated by the sale of these items stay in Lorain County and support Habitat's home ownership and home repair programs.
Donation pick-ups will be for large items only; appliances, cabinets, and furniture.
In order to protect our workers, our truck drivers will no longer enter the donor's home to pick up their items. All donations must be no-contact curbside pickups. Items can be left on the porch, driveway, garage, and/or lawn.

When scheduling online, please be advised that the pick up time is an estimate and you should allow for a 2 hour window.
A staff member will call to confirm your pick-up prior to your appointment.
Please note that if you schedule a pick up and there is inclement weather and Amherst Exempted Schools are closed, pickups are automatically canceled. A representative will contact you to reschedule once we reopen.
